Returns
It is our promise to you that every effort will be made to guarantee 100% satisfaction with our products and service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us by email at sales@yescandle.com so we may assist you. We will accept the return of any unused retail purchase if the items are received back in original condition within 15 days of delivery. Once the items are received we will issue a store credit in the amount of the product purchase excluding the original and return shipping and handling fees.
We take utmost care and caution in packing your YES candles. In the event your shipping box has been damaged, please notify us and the carrier immediately. You must keep everything intact for possible inspection or pick up by the carrier. Notification must be made immediately. No damage claims may be made after 3 days.
Refused or Unclaimed Packages
If for any reason you are unavailable when the carrier attempts delivery, you are responsible for rescheduling the delivery. If the unclaimed or refused package is returned to us you will be charged to reship the items or a 20% restocking fee. Please be very careful when submitting the delivery address and postal code.
Ordering Online
Online ordering is safe, secure and available 24/7! YES candles does not receive or collect credit card information. All sales and billing information is handled by Pay Pal through their secure servers.
Ordering By Telephone
You may call us at 469-235-2818 between 11:00 AM- 7:00 PM Monday-Saturday to place your order. (Holidays excluded) If we are unavailable please leave a call back number (slowly and clearly) and we will return your call as soon as possible.
Payment
No order will be shipped until payment has been received. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discovery through Paypal. If you choose to pay by method of e-check, the process can take up to 5 business days for the funds to clear. If you wish to pay by personal check, prearrangements must be made and ample time must be allowed for the check to clear the bank. Money Orders and Cashier’s Checks are accepted. Please allow 7-14 business days if you choose to pay by mail.
Sales Tax
Sales tax of 8.25% will be charged to all retail orders shipped to Texas addresses. YES candles requires a copy of the Resale Certificate to be completed and signed for all wholesale orders that are tax exempt.
Minimums Ordering Requirement
Yes Candles has no minimum retail ordering requirement. Approved wholesale accounts will have a $225.00 minimum purchase requirement. Wholesale information will be provided upon acceptance if you are approved as a vendor for YES candles.
Processing
Retail stock items are generally shipped within 24 hours from receipt of payment. Other items are shipped as stock is made available; usually within 3-5 business days. Hand Carved candles require 7 to 10 business days for custom designs and colors. Please note that not all products are available year round. Wholesale orders are shipped within 7-14 business days depending on the size of the order.
Cancellations and Changes
If you elect to cancel or change your order, please contact us within 24 hours by telephone ONLY. No cancellations or changes may be made after 24 hours and you will be charged the full amount of your order.

We are proud to ship via Fed Ex and have found their service and rates to be better than the other options for most packages. Should you have any special shipping requests, please contact us by email or telephone.
